Genesis: The Foundation of the Player Pathway Project
Welcome to Genesis, the official launchpad of the Player Pathway Project. As the first academy program in our developmental ecosystem, Genesis is where the “Prototype X” athlete is forged. This program is designed to strip away the noise of traditional team play and focus on the raw mechanics of elite performance.
By fusing world-class technical skills with elite athletic foundation, Genesis provides the professional-grade foundation necessary for young athletes to dominate the modern game.
The Power of Partnership
To deliver a truly holistic training environment, we’ve partnered with industry leaders in technical skill and athletic performance:
- Coerver Coaching NW: The global leader in skill development, Coerver focuses on individual ball mastery and clinical finishing under pressure. It provides the core building blocks of soccer, forming a vital foundation that supports every other athletic and tactical aspect of a player’s game.
- F.O.R.M. Track: Specialists in linear speed and functional movement. They ensure our players learn proper technique and injury-resilient.
Weekly Program Structure
Our curriculum balances technical repetition, physical explosive power, and competitive application.
| Component | Frequency | Focus Area |
|---|---|---|
| Coerver Technical Sessions | 2x Per Week | Ball mastery, 1v1 moves, receiving, and creative playmaking. |
| F.O.R.M. Performance | 1x Per Month | Sprint mechanics, proper technique, and explosive power. |
| No Ball Skills Training | 1x Per Month | Proprioceptive, Reactive, and cognitive training. |
| Small-Sided Matchday | Weekends | High-intensity 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 games to maximize touches. |
Why Genesis?
Traditional team training often ignores the individual. Genesis reverses that trend by prioritizing the “Prototype X” player profile.
- Maximum Touches: Small-sided weekend games ensure players get more touches in 20 minutes than they would in a full month of standard 7v7 matches.
- The Physical Edge: Modern soccer is played at a sprint. Our integration with F.O.R.M. Track and No Ball training that targets the brain, reflexes, and body foundation, gives players the mechanical efficiency to be physically and mentally fast.
- The First Step: As the entry point of the Player Pathway Project, Genesis graduates possess the technical fearlessness and physical dominance required for the next stage of our elite pathway.
“Genesis isn’t just a starting point; it’s the creation of a new standard in youth soccer.”
