PROGRAM / EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Coerver NW reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event not safe for participants or if the enrollment requirements are not met. If Coerver NW cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Coerver NW has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new future date.
PROGRAM / EVENT REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact Coerver NW Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks prior to the event start date and must be made by the attendee or card holder. Please include the name of the attendee and program or transaction number. All cancellations will be processed as soon as possible and will be subject to a cancellation fee provided in the program description. The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used during registration. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. In some circumstances a full credit may be available to be used for another Coerver NW program.
