Coerver NW Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coerver NW, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

Transfers:

  • Switching between different Coerver NW camp sessions is permitted without any additional fees, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a transfer.

Cancellations Requested by Participant:

  • Cancellations requested more than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the camp will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations requested within three (3) weeks of the scheduled start date of the camp will be eligible for a refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued once the camp program has started.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • Coerver NW is committed to the safety of all participants. In the event of inclement weather that necessitates the cancellation of individual training sessions or camp days, no refunds will be provided. We will make every effort to communicate any weather-related cancellations in a timely manner.

Coerver NW Cancellation:

  • Coerver NW reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances that would make the event unsafe for participants (e.g., severe weather conditions, facility issues) or if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
  • In the event that Coerver NW cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

By registering for a Coerver NW program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
